Chapter 12: Troubleshooting

I cannot stop the on-site listening on
the phone

This is normal

The On-Site listening automatically
ends after a user-defined delay
(On- Site Listening delay); it cannot
end sooner.

The system cannot recognize my
password or selection over the
phone

Phone compatibility

If the AA128 Touch does not recog-
nize your selection, try typing your
choice slower (leave about 1/2 sec-
onds between each key).
