2. Use a jig saw to cut out pattern on work
surface.
3. Attach mounting bracket to edgebander
using (3) M6-1 x 20 cap screws, as shown in
Figure 27.
Installing Table
Mount
Mounting edgebander to a stationary work table
provides a stable platform for consistent edge-
banding during larger production operations.
The G0825 can be attached to a table surface
using the included mounting bracket. Grizzly
offers a convenient table designed to fit the
G0825, complete with edgebanding tape cutter
and magnetic ON/OFF switch (see
Figure 26).

To mount edgebander to work surface:
1. Trace included template onto edge of appro-
priately sized work surface for operation.

4. Align edgebander and bracket to edge of
work surface using clamps (see Figure 28).
Use (11) M4 x 18 tap screws to attach brack-
et to underside of work surface.
Note: Use a straightedge to ensure work
surface is even with edgebander base. Apply
spacers or flat washers, as needed to level
work surface.

5. Install glue pot heat cover.

If not using the optional T1187 work table, mount-
ing the edgebander requires tracing the provided
template onto the surface and cutting the work
surface to fit. The mounting bracket must be prop-
erly secured to a work surface that is

"–1" thick.
If mounting to a 1"-thick work surface, spacers/
shims are required.
