MAN IAQ Surveyor

Issue 11 2004

The instrument is warranted for one year and is
manufactured to the speci

fi

cations applicable at that time.

GrayWolf is under no obligation to update or modify products
once sold.

If an instrument failure occurs:

(1)

Carefully read these Operating Instructions and
the Probe Operating Instructions, ensuring that the
problem is not a user fault or easily corrected.

(2)

Notify GrayWolf or your nearest Authorized Distributor,
giving full details of the problem, including the
instrument Serial Number and details of any displayed
fault messages.

(3)

Forward the instrument with shipping prepaid
according to the shipping instructions.

(4)

The time required for servicing the Surveyor
instruments depends on whether the instrument is
returned to a GrayWolf Service Location or if it can be
repaired or replaced locally.

For instrument returns in the UK or North America,
please contact the nearest Service Location for a
Return Authorization Number before despatching the
instrument. This procedure helps GrayWolf

to provide

a speedy response and accurate tracking of the
instrument.
