8.4  HYDRAULIC LIFT VALVE REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the lift control linkage at the valve 

spool.

2. Disconnect the three hydraulic hoses and cap. 

3. Remove the four hydraulic valve mounting bolts 

and remove the valve from the unit.

4. Pay close attention to the lift control linkage at both 

ends for signs of wear. Repair or replace any worn 
or damaged parts.

8.5  HYDRAULIC LIFT VALVE 
INSTALLATION

1. Install the hydraulic valve with the four mounting 

bolts. 

2. Connect the three hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic 

valve. Refer to Figure 54 for proper hydraulic hose 
routing.
