K2 Solo Media Server Service Manual

Carrier module removal

Carrier module removal

To remove the carrier module first remove the top cover, unfasten/disconnect cables,
remove the rear panel, then proceed as illustrated.

When installing, follow

“Installing components and dressing cables” on page 102

Power supply removal

Additional tools needed:

• 1/4” nutdriver

Lift slightly while
disengaging and remove

Note: Maintain clearance between
board and chassis bottom to avoid
damaging board components.
Do not slide board.

When replacing the carrier board, position the board
so that it lines up with the screw holes beneath.

Remove 6
screws
