Precautions After Turning on the Plotter
Durng operatons, mmedately after completon of operatons, and when settng cuttng plotter functons,
the pen carriage, Y bar, and other parts which are not fixed, may move suddenly. Do not let your hands, hair,
or clothng get too close to the movng parts or wthn ther range of movement. Do not place any foregn
objects n or near these areas ether. If your hands, har, clothng, or the lke get caught n, or wrapped
around movng parts, you may be njured and the machne may be damaged.
If the plotter s used n a tlted poston and the power s turned off when the pen carrage s located n the
upper part of the wrtng panel, the pen carrage wll slde down and ht the bottom edge of the plotter. Be
sure to move the pen carrage down to ts lowermost poston before turnng off the power.
Do not put your hand nto followng part. Such acton may cause human njury.
