BONDING THE LINEAR BURNER
1. Loosen the hose clamp at one side of the spillway and disconnect the
hose.
2. Remove brass barb fitting and set aside.
3. Use two (2) 1/2” sealing rings on the gas piping for bonding. Securely
thread the first sealing ring to the bottom of the pipe threads, then wrap
with bonding wire and thread on the remaining sealing ring.
4. Apply pipe dope to the bonded pipe.
5. Replace the brass barb fitting. Ensure it is tightly secured.
6. Reconnect the hose and tighten the hose clamp.
