Control Board Replacement

Removal

1. Disconnect battery wires. See 

Battery 

Removal 

steps 1 - 5, page 22.

2. Disconnect two wires from battery charger connec-

tion port. 

3. Remove six torx screws from board. Remove board 

from battery shroud.

Installation

1. Install new board into battery shroud. Tighten six 

torx screws into board.

2. Connect negative wire (black) to outer connector of 

charger jack. Connect positive wire (red) to inner 
connector of charger jack.

3. Connect battery wires. See
