Secure pedestal to countertop with fasteners provided, see image below.

Set rack assembly into the cabinet under the counter.
6.
Attach the heated discharge oil-line tubing (from the oil pump) to the aluminum tube
on the pedestal with the hose clamp provided (dual pedestal units will have 2 lines).
7.
Plug the pedestal power cord into the 6-prong receptacle on the side of the control
box
—
make sure receptacle lock is fully engaged (for each pedestal), see image below.
8.
ADA Remote Switch Option:
Install remote switch as needed (sold separately, see
instructions provided with the switch).
9.
Plug the power cord from the rack assembly into a proper outlet (see Electrical
Requirements section).
10.
The unit is now ready to load boxes of topping, see Topping Installation section.
Insert pedestal
into countertop.
Fasten pedestal using 1/4-20
bolts, washers, washer plate,
and lock nuts.
