Per  eseguire  correttamente
questa  operazione,
comportarsi  nel  seguente
modo:

ATTENZIONE
PERICOLO DI FUORIUSCITA
DI GETTI D’OLIO AD ALTA
PRESSIONE
Indossare occhiali e guanti
da lavoro.

7.2

Partendo dalla prima testata,
svitare 2÷3 giri le viti di sfiato.

7.3

Accendere la centralina
come indicato nel relativo
manuale.

7.4

Immettere progressivamente
e lentamente olio nel pistone.

7.5

Fermare la centralina
quando esce olio limpido
(non misto ad aria) dalle viti
di sfiato.

7.6

Chiudere le viti di sfiato.

7.7

Attendere un tempo
sufficiente per permettere la
risalita delle bolle d’aria
(± 2 ore).

7.8

Ripetere le operazioni da 1 a
7 compreso per far uscire gli
eventuali residui d’aria.

7.9

Ripetere  queste  operazioni
da 1 a 6 fino a quando si ha
la certezza che non vi sia più
aria  all’interno  del  pistone.
Accertarsi che le viti di sfiato
siano  ben  chiuse.

AIR DRAIN

To perform correctly this
operation, follow the
indications given:

7.1
ATTENTION
DANGER OF EJECTION OF
HIGH PRESSURE OIL JETS
Wear goggles and working
gloves.

7.2

Loose for 2÷3 turns the drain
screws starting from the first
head.

7.3

Switch the control board on
as indicated in the related
manual.

7.4

Progressively introduce oil
into the piston.

7.5

Stop the control board when
clean oil exits (not mixed with
air) from the drain screws.

7.6

Close the drain screws.

7.7

Wait a sufficient time to
enable the emerging of air
bubbles (± 2 hours).

7.8

Repeat the operations from 1
to 7 to eliminate possible air
residuals.

7.9

Repeat these operations
from 1 to 6 until no more air is
into the piston.
Verify that the drain screws
are well closed.
