strap.

Some top strap-fitted child

A child restraint may have a single

 top strap. A single 

attachment 

 at the end of the 

top strap connects the child 
restraint to the top strap anchor 
fitting in your vehicle.

If your child restraint requires that 
the top strap be anchored, do not
