From within the
Inbox
, you have the option to delete a message, mark as read / unread , or move one
or more messages to another folder.
Step 2: Click to place a checkmark into the checkbox next to the message to which you wish to
take some action.
Step 3: To delete a message, click the
Delete
button to place the message into the
Deleted
Items
folder.
Step 4: To mark a read message as unread or an unread message as read, click the
appropriate button.
Step 5: To move one or more messages to another folder, click the drop-down arrow in the
Move field and select the folder to move the message to from the drop-down list.

To Save a message to file, click the
Save to file
button and refer to Step 5: in the
Folder
Preferences
section of this document.
