Personal Information

contains information about the user such as name, email address, signature if

desired, etc.

The following fields are addressed on the

Personal Information

screen:

Field

Description

Full Name:

The entire name of the user, for example, "John Doe". This is displayed to
the recipients of a message. When this is not populated, the recipient will
only see the email address,

Signature:

A signature is a way to sign a message and usually includes at the very
least, the user's name. A professional signature might also include title,
company, and contact information.

Time zone
Options:

Same as Server
