Step 6: Click the
Priority:
drop-down arrow and select High , Normal , or Low priority.
Refer to the following table for options that can be selected by the sender:
Option Purpose
Signature
Click to add a signature to your email message. A signature is a
way to sign a message and usually includes at the very least, the
user's name. A professional signature might also include title,
company, and contact information.
Save Draft
Click to place a copy of the message into your Draft folder.
Check Spelling
Click to run the spell check application in the message prior to
sending.
Priority
High, Normal, Low ( self explanatory )
Receipt
options:
If you (the sender) would like confirmation the email has been
received, click to place a checkmark in a checkbox depending if
you wish to know when it has
been read , or when it has been
delivered
10.2.2 Address Book
The
Address Book
contains all the email contacts in alphabetical order. Click on a letter to view the
email contacts starting with that particular letter or click
All
to view all contacts in the address book.
10.2.2.1 Add a new Contact
Step 1: Click the
New Contact
link to display the
Add Contact
screen.
Step 2: Populate the applicable fields (i.e., Name, email, etc.)
