HOW TO OPERATE
SLOW COOK:
Cooks food on low (180° F). Use your favorite recipes!
1. Place the removable cooking pot in the base at a slight diagonal. Swivel the
pot so the tabs are under the clips.
2. Place the food to be cooked in the pot.
3. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and slide the locking lever to the left
to lock the lid in place.
4. Turn the pressure regulator to STEAM.
5. Press SLOW COOK. The display will show 4:00 (4 HOURS).
6. Press “+” or “-” to set the desired cooking time . The longest cooking time
is 12 hours.
7. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.

The lid can be opened while slow cooking, but release steam through the
pressure regulator first.
9. When the cooking time is up the unit will beep and automaticaIly switch
to WARM for 8 hours.
10. Press START/STOP to turn off. Unplug from the outlet.
BROWN
: Brown or saute food before pressure cooking or slow cooking.
1. Place the removable cooking pot in the base at a slight diagonal. Swivel the
pot so the tabs are under the clips.
2. Press BROWN.
The lid should remain off.
The display will flash 30:00 (30
minutes). Default temperature is 325° F.
3. Press “+” or “-” to set the desired browning time and press START/STOP.
4. Make sure the oil is hot before adding your food.
5. When the cooking time is up, the unit will beep.
6. Press START/STOP to turn off. Unplug from the outlet.
WARM:
Use to reheat or keep cooked food warm.

3. Place lid on pressure cooker.
4. Turn the pressure regulator to STEAM.
