10 Maintenance and Service
In addition to the usual periodic inspections of the technical systems in accordance with the
regulations and standards valid in this field of application, the catalyst granulate in JRG Coral
force limescale conditioners must be replaced every five years. Georg Fischer JRG offers a
service kit for this purpose. (For the part number, see 'Spare Parts and Service Kit')
The service intervals for granulate change are monitored by an operating hours counter and are
displayed as follows:
10.1 Service Message
This message occurs whenever the service timer reaches 43,800 hours (i.e. 5 years).
When it occurs, replace the catalyst granulate.

The alarm can be deactivated by
pressing the appropriate button

Deactivate/Reset Alarm:
•
To silence the alarm, press the 'Alarm Off' button. The alarm will
sound after a further 48 hours (=2 days) if the fault has still not been
rectified.
• By holding the Alarm Off button down for 10 seconds, however, you
can disable the alarm long-term (i.e. until the next initialisation). Three
short peeps indicate that deactivation has been successful.
