蒸氣爐原理介紹
Operating Principle
蒸氣爐內設有一個水箱，通過水管連接控制裝置直達內膽底部。底部設有蒸氣製造器，由於
其表面溫度很高，水能即時轉化為水蒸氣。因此，不用在食物中加水便可把食物蒸熟。
Water contained in water tank arrives in the oven chamber via a pipe. This water is transformed
into steam when it comes into contact with hot steam generator. There is no need to add water
to food.
使用前請將水箱內水加到上限位置，然後將水箱放進蒸氣爐水箱位置。最後，用力向裏面推
直至感覺水箱到位。
Fill water tank with water to the maximum level before cooking. Return the tank to the slot and
firmly push it all the way until the tank is locked in position.
機器操作時本身會發熱，當打開爐門時會有燙熱蒸氣溢出，故切勿讓兒童操作或靠近。
When in use, the oven becomes very hot. Hot steam will escape when door is opened, so please
keep children away from appliance during operation.

Installation Procedures
- 永久性嵌入式安裝，電路必須設有相應的切斷及保護裝置。
For permanent installation, a standardized cut-off device must be present in the circuit.
- 電源插座必須設在容易和方便操作的位置，安裝後不可被廚櫃阻擋或遮蓋，並且必須接地。
Power supply socket must be accessible and properly earthed. Do not block or cover socket.
- 安裝時必須裝有13安培的熱保護器。
Your electrical installation must be equipped with 13 A thermal-sensitive protection.
- 在電路系統有故障時請不要使用，請找專業人員維修後使用。
Do not operate oven when power cord or plug is damaged. Contact a licensed technician for
replacement immediately.
1. 把蒸氣爐置入廚櫃的嵌入孔內，必須水平放置，並檢查其位置是否穩妥。
Carefully place oven in the cut-out space of kitchen cabinet. The position must be level and
stable.
2. 以兩顆螺絲穿過蒸氣爐兩側的螺絲孔將其鎖緊在廚櫃上。
Attach oven to the cabinet with two screws through the holes on the top corners of inner
front panels.
3. 接通電源。
Connect power.
