Steam cooking is healthy and natural. Food is not diluted in water, so vitamins and
minerals are better preserved. Moreover, no fats and oil is needed during cooking!
蒸氣烹飪不會令食物失去本身原有的味道,也不會製造或傳遞其它的氣味如
食物器皿或鍋具金屬味等。
Steam cooking can preserve the flavour of food. It does not transfer odd smell nor
taste of grill or cooking pan to food.

它的異味,所以可同時蒸煮多種食品。
Steam cooking transfers no odour, thus you can simultaneously cook meat, fish and
vegetables - saving both time and power by cooking items side by side (e.g. you can
cook a fish next to a dessert).
多種烹調方法
Multiple Cooking Methods
蒸煮可用以翻熱麵食、飯和薯泥等,使其不易粘著或乾燥。蒸煮可用於燙煮
食物、解凍及保溫,也可做布丁、焦糖燉蛋、大米布丁等食物。只需用錫紙
將食物蓋著,可防止冷凝水滴進食物中。
Steam oven can gently reheat pasta, rice and mashed potato without them sticking
or drying out. It can be used to blanch, defrost and keep warm. It is also good for
making puddings, flans, rice pudding, etc. Simply cover food with aluminium foil so
that water condensation would not drip into the ingredients.
