Cooking Instructions

I.基本烹調操作

Basic Cooking Procedures

1.按 [ 功能選擇鍵 ] 選擇烹調功能。此時屏幕顯示工作溫度和烹飪時間。

Press [ Function Selector ] button to select cooking function. Display screen will show

default temperature and suggested cook time for each function mode.

2.此時，屏幕上的時間標示燈及時間會閃爍，按

[ + ]

或

[ - ]

鍵調整烹飪時間（調整範圍

為5至60分鐘）。

While icon and time display are flashing, set desired cook time by pressing [ + ] or [ - ] button

(minimum: 5 min; maximum 60 min).

3.時間確認後按

[ Start / Stop ]

鍵 (即啟動/停止鍵)，蒸氣爐進入加熱工作狀態。此時時間

指示燈顯示為預定時間的倒計時，溫度指示燈顯示實際箱內溫度，當溫度達到設定值時
會有響號響起。

Press [ Start / Stop ] button to start cooking. Time display will countdown from the default

cook time, and temperature display indicates current temperature. There will be a beeping

sound when oven reaches desired temperature.

注意﹕為安全起見，請勿在烹調過程中打開爐門！

Caution: For safety reason, do not open oven door while cooking!

II.結束烹調運作

Stop Cooking Procedure

在烹飪過程中閣下可以隨時結束烹調，長按

[ Start / Stop ]

鍵(即啟動/停止鍵)約

秒，蒸氣爐

便會停止運作。

You may stop cooking at any time by holding down [ Start / Stop ] button for about 1 sec.

註﹕如果蒸氣爐啟動時間為1分鐘以下，它會馬上停止工作。但若已經啟動超過1分鐘，由於箱內溫度已很高，故蒸氣爐
會倒計時3分鐘散熱，然後才停止工作。

Note: If cooking has begun for less than 1 min, steam oven will stop immediately and cook time display will disappear.

Otherwise, cook time will operate for another 3 min in order to allow steam to release before oven door is opened.

III. 調整烹調溫度

Adjust Temperature

只有在 [ 高溫 ]功能模式下才可調整烹調溫度。

Cooking temperature is adjustable only under the [ Turbo Steam ] function mode.

1. 按 ℃ [ 溫度設定 ]鍵。此時屏幕上 ℃ 指示燈閃爍。

Press °C [ Set Temperature ] button. The “°C” symbol flashes.

2. 按

[ + ]

或

[ - ]

鍵調整烹調溫度。

Adjust temperature by pressing [ + ] or [ - ] button.

3. 再按 ℃ [ 溫度設定 ] 鍵確認。如果沒有按確認鍵，程序將15秒後自動保存。

Save temperature settings by pressing °C [ Set Temperature ] button, or it will be automati

cally saved after 15 sec.

IV. 調整烹調時間

Adjust Cooking Duration

在烹飪過程中閣下可以隨時更改烹飪時間。

Any time during cooking, you can adjust cook time.

1.按 [ 烹調時間設定 ]鍵。

Press [ Set Cooking Duration ] button.

2.再按

[ + ]

或

[ - ]

鍵調整。

Then press [ + ] or [ - ] button.
