13.4 CONTROLLO DEL CILINDRO IDRAULICO
– CHECK OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
Verificare periodicamente le condizioni del
cilindro idraulico di spinta, controllando che
non presenti tracce d’usura, sfregamenti, crepe
o corrosione.
Verify periodically the conditions of the
hydraulic pushing cylinder, controlling that
there are not any usury traces, rubbing, leaks
or corrosion.
13.5 CONTROLLO DELLA CENTRALINA IDRAULICA
– CHECK OF HYDRAULIC GEAR BOX
Verificare periodicamente il livello dell’olio
idraulico. Rabboccare solo se il livello scende
sotto la metà del serbatoio (capacità totale
serbatoio 5 l).
Verify periodically the level of the hydraulic
oil. Add the oil only if the level dips down
under the half of the tank (total tank capacity
5 l).
Il controllo deve essere effettuato dopo almeno
30 minuti dallo spegnimento del motore e con il
palo telescopico abbassato.
Such check must be do after at least 30
minutes from the stop of the engine and with
the telescopic mast lowered.
In caso di rabbocco o sostituzione usare solo
oli idraulici ad altissimo indice di viscosità e
adatti alle temperature di utilizzo comprese tra
+ 46°C
e
– 46°C.
Si consiglia l’uso di olio
sintetico ottenuto per sintesi chimica da
materie prime di origine non petrolifera
provenienti da fonti rinnovabili, biodegradabile
e resistente al fuoco, rispondente alle
specifiche DIN 51524 teil 2, ISO HVI.
E’
sufficiente introdurre nel serbatoio circa 3 litri di
olio.
In case of filling up or substitution use only
hydraulic oils with a high index of viscosity
and adapt to use for
+ 46°C
to
– 46°C
temperatures. We recommend the use
synthetic oil obtained by chemical synthesis
from not petrochemical raw materials sources
comes from renewable, biodegradable and
fire resistant, conforming to DIN 51524 teil 2,
ISO HVI specifications. It is sufficient
introduce in the tank about 3 l of oil.
Utilizzare sempre guanti protettivi durante la
sostituzione ed il controllo del livello dell’olio
motore.

13.6 CONTROLLO DEI RACCORDI IDRAULICI
– CHECK OF HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
Verificare periodicamente i vari raccordi e le
tubazioni che trasportano l’olio idraulico dal
serbatoio al cilindro, controllare il serraggio
delle tubazioni, verificare eventuali tracce
d’usura o tagli. Verificare se vi è una perdita
d’olio.
Verify periodically connections and hoses that
transport the hydraulic oil from the tank to the
cylinder, check the tightening of the hoses,
verify eventual usury signs or cuts. Verify if
there is a oil’s loss.
13.7
CONTROLLO DELLE FUNI D’ACCIAIO - CHECK OF STEEL CABLES
Occorre verificare periodicamente la loro
condizione
e
il
perfetto
trascinamento
all’interno
delle
pulegge.
Verificare
periodicamente l’usura e la corretta posizione
delle pulegge. In caso di sostituzione dei cavi e
delle pulegge verificare che il montaggio
avveng
a in modo corretto. Se i cavi d’acciaio
dovessero presentare segni d’usura, non
utilizzare la torre faro e contattare direttamente
il costruttore.
