Demontage

• Ventil pneumatisch öff-

nen.

• Sprengring (17) entfer-

nen.

• Ventil schließen.

• Luftschlauch vom pneu-

matischen Anschluss (A)
lösen.

• Drainageschlauch – wenn

vorhanden – vom
Drainagean schluss  (B)
lösen.

VORSICHT  

Druckfeder (14) ist vorge-
spannt. Sie muss beim Los-
drehen des Antriebdeckels
vorsichtig mit entspannt
werden.

• Antriebsdeckel (5) von

Hand mit Linksdrehung
abschrauben.

• Druckfeder (14) heraus-

nehmen.

• Sprengring (18) aus dem

Gehäuse durch die
Demontagebohrung
herausdrücken.

• Ventilteller (3) mit Hülse

(19) aus dem Gehäuse (1)
ziehen.

• O-Ringe (9, 10, 15) abzie-

hen. 

Dismantling

• Open valve pneumatical-

ly.

• Remove snap ring (17).

• Close valve.

• Loose air hose at pneu-

matic connection (A).

• Loose drain hose – if

exists – at drain connec-
tion (B).

CAUTION  

The pressure spring (14) is
pretensioned and needs to
be cautiously relieved
when turning off the actua-
tor cover. 

• Unscrew actuator cover

(5) manually by turning
it counterclockwise.

• Remove the pressure

spring (14).

• Remove the snap ring

(18) out of the housing
through the dismantling
hole.

• Pull the valve disk (3)

with sleeve (19) out of the
housing (1).

• Withdraw O-rings (9, 10,

15).

Instandhaltungsintervalle

Um höchste Betriebssicherheit der Drainageventile zu
gewährleisten, sollten in größeren Abständen alle Ver-
schleißteile ausgetauscht werden.

Praxisorientierte Instandhaltungsintervalle können nur
durch den Anwender ermittelt werden, da sie von den
Einsatzbedingungen abhängig sind, z. B.: 
– Einsatzdauer pro Tag
– Schalthäufigkeit
– Art und Temperatur des Produktes 
– Art und Temperatur des Reinigungsmittels
– Einsatzumgebung.

Anwendung

Instandhaltungsintervall

Maintenance intervals

To ensure the highest operational reliability of the 
drain valves, all wearing parts should be replaced at
longer intervals.

The actual maintenance intervals can only be deter-
mined by the plant user, since they depend on the
operat ing conditions, for instance 
– daily period of operation
– switching frequency
– type and temperature of the product
– type and temperature of the cleaning solution
– ambient conditions
