Bei Undichtigkeiten oder Verschleiß an der Gleitring-
dichtung, ist diese auszubauen und zu wechseln.

VORSICHT

Pumpenwelle (7) bei der Demontage der Gleitringdich-
tung nicht beschädigen!

• Kontrollieren, ob der Sechskant-Winkelschraubendre-

her die Welle arretiert.

• Hutmutter (9) abschrauben.

• Hutmutter-O-Ring (30) überprüfen und bei Bedarf

auswechseln.

• Laufrad (1) mit integriertem Mitnehmer, Gleitring

(100.1), O-Ring (100.6) von der Welle (7) ziehen.

• Gegenring (100.2) und O-Ring (100.7) aus dem Pum-

pengehäuse (4) von hinten herausdrücken.

HINWEIS

Die weitere Demontage der Pumpe ist nur in bestimm-
ten Fällen, z. B. bei defektem Motor nötig. Siehe dazu
Kapitel “Pumpe vom Motor abbauen”. Montage siehe
Kapitel “Montage”.

If the mechanical seal leaks or is worn, it must be 
dismantled and replaced.

CAUTION

Take care not to damage the pump shaft (7) when 
dismantling the mechanical seal !

• Check whether the hex. offset screwdriver is locking

the shaft.

• Unscrew the cap nut (9).

• Check the cap nut O-ring (30) and replace it, 

if necessary

• Draw the impeller (1) together with integrated driver,

slide ring (100.1) and O-ring (100.6) off the shaft (7).

• Press counter ring (100.2) and O-ring (100.7) out of the

pump housing (4) from the rear side.

NOTE

Further dismantling of the pump is required only in
special cases, if for instance the motor is defective.
Refer to the chapter "Removing the pump from the
motor". For assembly refer to the "Assembly" chapter.
