Axial-Spalt überprüfen

VORSICHT

Bei jeder Pumpen-Montage muss der Axial-Spalt (S1)
zwischen Laufrad (1) und Pumpendeckel (3) gemäß der
Tabelle eingestellt werden. Wird der Axial-Spalt nicht
korrekt eingestellt, kann das Laufrad das Pumpenge-
häuse berühren und beide Teile beschädigt werden.

Checking the axial gap

CAUTION

For pump assembly, the axial gap (S1) between impeller
(1) and pump cover (3) needs to be adjusted according
to the table.
If the axial gap is not correctly adjusted, the impeller
may hit the pump housing and both parts may get dam-
aged.

Der Axialspalt (S1) wird mit einer Distanzscheibe einge-
stellt!

• Sechskant-Winkelschraubendreher (B) in das Later-

nenloch (5.2) stecken und Laufrad (1) solange drehen
bis Sechskant-Winkelschraubendreher (B) in den
Innensechskantkopf (51) einrastet.

• Zylinderschrauben (51) lösen, um Welle (7) von der

Motorwelle zu trennen.

• Das Laufrad (1) mit der Welle (7) um einige Millimeter

nach vorn ziehen.

• Distanzscheibe (56) vor Laufrad legen und Pumpen-

deckel (3) – ohne O-Ring (35) – mit 4 Schrauben (48),
gleichmäßig über den Lochkreis verteilt, befestigen.
Dadurch schiebt sich das Laufrad mit der Welle in die
korrekte Einstellposition.

The axial gap (S1) is adjusted by means of a distance
plate!

• Insert hex. offset screwdriver (B) into the bore (5.2) in

the lantern and turn impeller (1) until the hex. offset
screwdriver (B) locks into place in the hex. socket of
the cheese head screw (51). 

• Loosen the cheese head screws (51) in order to sepa-

rate the shaft (7) from the motor shaft.

• Pull forward the impeller (1) together with the shaft

(7) by some millimetres.

• Place distance plate (56) in front of the impeller and fix

pump cover (3) – without O-ring (35) – with 4 screws
(48) that are evenly distributed over the screw hole 
circle. This pushes the impeller together with the shaft
into the correct adjustment position.
