• Radialwellendichtring (110.2) aus dem Gleitringhalter

(11) entnehmen.

• Oberfläche der Wellenschutzhülse (110.1) überprüfen

und bei Beschädigungen austauschen.

• O-Ringe (34) vom Gleitringhalter (11) entfernen.

• Gegenring (100.2) und O-Ring (100.7) aus dem Pum-

pengehäuse (4) entnehmen.

HINWEIS

Die weitere Demontage der Pumpe ist nur in bestimm-
ten Fällen, z. B. bei defektem Motor nötig. Siehe dazu
Kapitel “Pumpe vom Motor abbauen”. Montage siehe
Kapitel “Montage”.

Wartung

• Gegenring (100.2), Gleitring (100.1) und O-Ringe

(100.6, 100.7, 53) der Gleitringdichtung auf Verschleiß
überprüfen und bei Beschädigung komplette Gleit-
ringdichtung auswechseln. 

• Dichtungen des Gleitringhalters (34) überprüfen und

bei Bedarf auswechseln.

• Radialwellendichtring (110.2) auswechseln.

• Wellenschutzhülse (110.1) auf Beschädigung überprü-

fen und, wenn nötig, auswechseln. 
Die Wellenschutzhülse wird im Werk auf die Pumpen-
welle aufgeschrumpft. Sollte sich die Wellenschutzhül-
se nicht abziehen lassen wird empfohlen, sich in die-
sem Fall mit der GEA Service-Abteilung in Verbin-
dung zu setzen.

• Gebrauchte Gleitringdichtungsteile sachgemäß entsor-

gen oder an GEA zurücksenden.

• Take radial shaft seal ring (110.2) out of the slide ring

carrier (11).

• Check the surface of the shaft protection sleeve (110.1)

for damages and replace, if necessary. 

• Remove O-ring (34) from the slide ring carrier (11)

• Take counter ring (100.2) and O-ring (100.7) out of the

pump housing (4).

NOTE

Further dismantling of the pump is required only in spe-
cial cases, if for instance the motor is defective.
Refer to the chapter "Removing the pump from the
motor". For assembly refer to the "Assembly" chapter.

Maintenance

• Check counter ring (100.2), slide ring (100.1) and 

O-rings (100.6, 100.7, 53) of the mechanical seal for
wear and tear, and in the case of damage change the
complete mechanical seal. 

• Check the seals of the slide ring carrier (34) and 

replace if necessary.

• Replace the radial shaft ring (110.2). 

• Check the shaft protection sleeve (110.1) for damage

and replace, if necessary.
The shaft protection sleeve is shrinked on to the pump
shaft at the factory and can be removed with a special 
pulling-off tool only. In such a case we recommend
you should contact the GEA Service Department. 

• Properly dispose of the used parts of the mechanical

seal or send them back to GEA.
