Keeping Records

It is good business practice that ultrasound facilities maintain the records of periodic and corrective
maintenance of the LOGIQworks which is a peripheral to radiology ultrasound scanners such as LOGIQ
7 and LOGIQ 9.

Quality Assurance

Routine quality control testing must occur regularly

Table 10-2 on page 3

. The same tests are

performed during each period so that changes can be monitored over time and effective corrective
action can be taken.
