5.6 DURING SEEDING
- During seeding, periodically check that the seeds are
distributed and planted properly and at the correct
density. If necessary, take appropriate measures.
Frequent seeding inspections ensure the quality of

irregular seeding due to failure to adjust the seeder,
failure to carry out periodic inspections during seeding

humidity level and preparation of the seed bed, wea-
ther, etc.).

ATTENTION : The display of the alarms outside the graphic
screen of the planter itself (eg autoguide screen) is only
ensured if the Isobus monitor is prepared for and its settings
are correct: it is recommended to check this functionality by
simulating an alarm (eg seed missing).
CAUTION
- Start the vacuum pump gradually, sudden jerks cause
damage to the belt.
- Avoid curves with the machine grounded, and do not
work in reverse. Always lift it when changing direction
or reversing.

- Never push the tractor to maximum revs.
- Maintain a seed planting speed that is compatible with
the type and preparation of the soil in order to avoid
breakages or damage.
- Low the seeding machine while the tractor is moving
so as not to clog or damage the coulter parts. For the
same reason it is unadvisable to manoeuvre in reverse
with the seeder lowered.

The seeding machine can transport chemical substan-
ces. Do not allow children, people, pets to come near
the seeding machine.

Do not place any bags of fertilizer or any other object
on the fertilizer distributor container covers to avoid
breaking them or endangering property or persons.
Load from the outer sides of the machine.
It is forbidden to come near the containers of the che-
mical substances or to open them when the seeding
machine is operating or about to operate.
