Do not use any G1000 Weather Data

for thunderstorm penetration Weather Data is
approved only for weather avoidance, not pen-
etration.

CAUTION:

NEXRAD weather data is to be used

for long-range planning purposes only. Due to
inherent delays and relative age of the data
that can be experienced, NEXRAD weather data
should not be used for short-range avoidance of
weather.

NOTE:

This section assumes the user has expe-

rience operating the G1000 MFD and is also
