there are no other active commands. 

3) Place the selector on the I (2 Fig. 6).  
4) Put the speed control to minimum (4 fig. 6) 
5) Insert  the  key  on  the  machine  ignition  switch  

and rotate it to the left, wait until the glow plug 
light (B Fig. 8) goes off and then rotate the key 
to the right without stating the engine 

6) Press the start button (3 Fig. 6) until an acoustic 

signal  confirms the  connection  between  the ra-
dio remote control and the receiver 

7) Turn right the ignition key (A Fig. 8), the diesel 

engine will  start. 

The driving of the machine (feed, reverse, left and 
right) is done via the joystick levers (7-8 Fig. 8). 
 

 

WARNING 

 

After  start-up,  perform  vacuum  movements  to 
verify the correct operation of each command. 
If  you  should  notice  any  abnormality,  stop  the 
engine  immediately  and  call  the  Security 
Manager. 

 

 

4.2.3 ON WORK 

 

With  the  machine  on,  use  the  saw  button  to  start 
the rotation of the rock saw (9 Fig. 6) 
Using the Lever Raise / Lower Disk (12 Fig. 6), 

 

 
 
 
 

WARNING 

The contact with the ground should be gradual. 

 

Do not lower the disc with violence, you could  
damage the tools. 

 

While  lowering  the  disc  it  is  mandatory  to  re-
move  the  trench  cleaner,  you  can  put  it  again 
after the first 20/30 cm of excavation 

 

When the excavator disc is excavating, it is impor-
tant that the slides ( 31 fig. 1 - pag.6 ) are at very 
contact with the ground. During the first few minu-
tes of work, do not use the machine at peak perfor-
mance. Avoid exa-sperated exploitation of the en-
gine.  

 

During the first few minutes of work, do not use the 
machine  at  maximum  performance.  Avoid  engine 
exploitation. 

 
 
 

WARNING 

 

The  steering  should  only  be  done  with  the  e-
xcavator disc completely above ground. 

 

The  machine  swerves  with  the  accessory,  but 
very  gently  and  without  jolts,  otherwise  the 
disc  and  above  all  the  sectors  wear  prematu-
rely. The speed of advance is given, in particu-
lar, by the type of soil. 

 

 

4.3 

MACHINE STOP 

 

After the work cycle and before moving to other a-
reas of operation, you must:  
 
1) Raise the cutting disc from the ground wire of at 
least 20 centimeters.  
 
2) Stop the rotation of the disc  
 
3)  Move and park the machine on a compact and 
flat ground  
 
 
4)  Decelerate,  bringing  the  engine  to  the  idle 
position.  
 
5)  Return the machine to the initial condition and 
press the STOP button (7 Fig. 6) of the panel so 
that if you accidentally start the rate, the disc does 
not rotate.  
 
6) Turn and remove the ignition key (A Fig. 8).  
 
7) Remove the battery key (B Fig. 8/bis) 

 

Now, the operating machine is completely free and  
can be moved to other areas.  
 

4.4 BATTERY CHARGER 

 

The  recharge  of  the  batteries  (Fig.  10)  must  be 
performed in premises devoid of moisture and at a  
temperature comprised between 5°C and 45°C, so  
as to preserve the battery life.  

 

The power plug of the charger should be installed 
near the equipment and be easily accessible.  
In  case  of  DC  voltage  supply,  the  connection  be-
tween  the  charger  and  the  power  must  not  be  of
