5.3.1 REPLACING THE TOOLS WITH
SEEGER RING
Regularly check the wear of the “peak tools” (Fig.
13). If they are too worn or broken, you must repla-
ce them by sliding them from the seat and remo-
ving the Seeger ring (3 Fig. 13) and replace it with
a new one.
Reinsert a Seeger ring again after positioning the
tool correctly.
If during the maintenance of the teeth you should
find that the “peak-holder” sector is worn out,
contact an authorized dealer for the appropriate
action.

WITHOUT SEEGER RING
Some machines can be equipped with tools wi-
thout seeger rings. To replace them proceed as
follow (see fig. 13C)
