The frying sensor may not be activated on the flex-
ible cooking zone if the frying pan does not match
the size of the hotplate or if it is positioned incor-
rectly.

18.5 Switching on the frying sensor
function
1.
Select the appropriate heat setting from the over-
view.

Place the empty cookware on the cooking zone.

Select the cooking zone.

The frying temperature lights up.

Within the next 10 seconds, set the required heat
setting with the twist knob.

In the display, the progress of the heating process
flashes from to alternately with the set heat set-
ting. Once the set frying temperature has been
reached, a signal sounds and the heating indicator
goes out. The temperature setting lights up.
6.
Once the frying temperature has been reached, add
the oil first and then the food to the pan.
Note:
Turn the food so that it does not burn.
