Overall block diagram of unit
The FX-7302 circuitry can be roughly divided into the following 6 functions.
1. MAIN BOARD (PCB-6956B)
2. POWER BOARD (PCB-6958,6959)
3. OPERATION BOARD (PCB-6957B)
4 ECG AMP BOARD (PCB-6731D)
5. MARK SENSOR BOARD (PCB-6942)
6. MAGAZINE UP SENSOR BOARD (PCB-6943A)
[Option] CARTRIDGE BOARD (PCB-7044)
The electrocardiographic signals input through the patient connector are amplified,
AD-converted by the ECG AMP BOARD (PCB-6731D), and then various treatments,
measurements, and analyses such as electrocardiogram display, recording, arrhythmia
examination, and R-R interval are performed on the MAIN BOARD (PCB-6956B).
On the POWER BOARD (PCB-6958, 6959), the power supplied from the AC power
supply is converted to voltages required by other circuits (3.3 V, 3.3 VSB, 5 V, 15 V, 20
VBATT, 24 V, 24 VThermal, and 24 VSUP_BATCHG) and then supplied to them. +24 V
is supplied to the thermal head and the motor driver.
The OPERATION BOARD transfers LCD signals from the MAIN BOARD and controls
the operation panel and the TOUCH PANEL with the TOUCH SWITCH.
The MARK SENSOR BOARD (PCB-6942) is equipped with a sensor for detecting the
mark position of folded recording paper (OP-383TE) and the presence/absence of the
recording paper.
The MAGAZINE UP BOARD (PCB-6943A) is equipped with a switch for detecting the
opening/closing of the magazine.
