(2) SDRAM
The SDRAM adopting EDS2516APTA-75 (256 Mbit) is used for
program storing and as the waveform work area.
The 256 Mbit SDRAM can be used by setting JP13, JP14, and JP17 to
open, and JP15, JP16, and JP18 to short.

EDS2516APTA-75
AMP interface section
[F100 kHz] and [F100 kHzN] are rectangular waves for driving the pulse
transformer output from the MAIN G/A. Diodes (D18 and D19) are
connected to the send/receive data ([TXDA]/[RXDA]) line from the ECG
AMP BOARD to protect it from overcurrent such as static electricity. A
Schmitt trigger inverter (IC37) is connected to the receive data line
([RXDA]) for waveform shaping.
