Chapter 6 Installing Internal Options

Connect the SAS cable to the SAS connector of the SAS array controller card.

Connect one SAS cable attached to the connector on the right side of the Internal HDD Unit Bay
Conversion kit to the SAS-MLC1 connector, and the other cable attached to the left side to the
SAS-MLC2 connector.

Pass the cable as shown in the figure below.

Attach the front and side covers.

Connect to the SAS connector
on the left of the Internal HDD
Unit Bay Conversion kit.
