4. 135M/IX240M:Select “135M” or “240M” for “Mask type”.
5. Except mount mask: Insert a film into the carrier.
6. Click the [Run] button.
• The “I-4877” message appears.
7. Confirm film insertion and click the [OK] button.
• The “I-4828” message appears.
• The position adjustment value is displayed when the
adjustment is completed.
8. Click the [Regist.] button.
• The focus position adjustment value is registered.
NOTE: The adjustment value is not registered if the [Regist.]
button is not clicked.
9. Repeat Steps 3 to 8 if there are other carriers or masks to be
registered.
10. Click the [Close] button.
• Operation returns to the menu screen.
5.1.3 Mask Position Adjustment (Menu 0420)
NOTE: • To adjust the mask position for the 135 reversal mount,
use the mount holder without film.
• To adjust the mask position for the IX240 reversal
mount, use the mount holder without film.
1. Install the multi-film carrier MFC10AY.

[0420 Mask Position Adjustment] buttons.
3. Install the mask to the carrier.
• The carrier ID, carrier type and mask type are displayed.
4. In the case of the mount mask, select “135M” or “240M”.
5. Click the [Image Disp] button.
• The mask position is measured and displayed.
