WATT program mode-
1. In main menu, press
to get into WATT program mode.
2. There are 6 profiles (W1~W6) in WATT program mode. Press

to review
profiles from W1 to W6 (Drawing 23 shows the first profile).
Press MODE key to enter a profile.
3. Set Target workout TIME, preset value is 30 minutes (setting range 5:00~99:00).
4. Press START button to start workout (user can also start workout without setting TIME).
5. During workout, user may use
or
to adjust WATT level.
6. During workout, system will adjust Load level based on WATT/RPM.
7. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the TIME has count down to 0:00, system will
STOP automatically.
8. Press START button to continue workout or press RESET button to go back to main menu.
