4. Set target workout TIME with

6. During workout, load level will automatically adjust according to user
’s heart rate status.
7. The pulse icon will change to different color based on actual heart rate value and set value
discrepancy. The color display changes as follows:
A. When actual HR reaches 50% ~70% of set value, the display switches to green light.
B. When actual HR reaches 70% ~90% of set value, the display switches to blue light.
C. When actual HR is above set value, the display switches to red light.
D. When there is no HR value detected,
dot matrix will display “♥?” (Drawing 19)
8. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the TIME has count down to 0:00, system will
STOP automatically.
9. Press RESET button to go back to main menu.

WATT Constant mode-
1. In main menu, press
to get into WATT (manual control) mode.

3. Press MODE button for confirmation. Then set target workout TIME.
4. Press START button to start workout (user can also start workout without setting TIME). Then
console starts to calculate values (Drawing 21~22).

6. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the TIME has count down to 0:00, system will
STOP automatically.
