INTERVAL program mode-
1.
In main menu, press
to get into INTERVAL program mode.
2. There are 3 groups of Interval programs. Drawing 13 is showing the first program profile,

to select one profile and confirm by MODE button.
3. Proceed with TIME setting, preset value is 20 minutes (setting range = 5:00~99:00).
4. Press START button to start interval workout.
5. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the TIME has count down to 0:00, system will
STOP automatically.
6. Press RESET button to go back to main menu.

H.R.C (Target Heart Rate Control) mode-
1. In main menu, press
to get into H.R.C mode.

’s AGE (preset value=25, Drawing 14), confirm value by
MODE key. (Each time user may quit HRC mode, the AGE value will be eliminated.)

to select program: 55%, 75%, 90%, TAG (Drawing 15~18).

“TAG” program, user may use UP/DOWN keys to adjust the value.
