COACH workout mode-
1. In main menu, press
to get into COACH mode.
2. There are 12 preset program profiles (P1~P12) in COACH mode. When firstly entering this
mode,”P1” profile is showing (Drawing 9). Press

3. Press MODE button to enter one program profile. Set target workout TIME with

4. Press START button to start workout, console will start to calculate values (Drawing 10~11).
5. Press or to adjust LOAD level from 1~ 40.
6. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the TIME has count down to 0:00, system will
STOP automatically.
7. Press RESET button to go back to main menu.

Calories program mode-
1. In main menu, press
to get into Calories program mode.
2. There are 3 kinds of difficulty levels (Low / Medium / High) in Calories mode. Drawing 12
shows the LOW level. Press

High CAL
(900) will be shown in sequence. Press MODE button to enter one profile.
3. Press START button to start workout. System will adjust load level based on RPM. Each
time user finishes a co
lumn “dot” calorie value, it will move forward to next “dot” (each
“dot”=7.5K Cal), till finish all column dots.
