Lighting Instructions
OPEN LID
ENSURING BURNER CONTROLS
ARE IN THE “OFF” POSITION, TURN
ON THE GAS SUPPLY VALVE.
Main Burner Lighting Infrared Back Burner Lighting
1. Push and turn the last Right knob to
HIGH position 3-5 seconds to light
burner.
2. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds,
turn the last Right control knob to “OFF”,
wait 5 minutes to allow gas to dissipate
and repeat the lighting process.

Push and turn the infrared back burner
control knob to “HIGH” position 3-5
seconds to light the back burner.
2. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds,
turn the back burner control knob to “OFF”,
wait 5 minutes to allow gas to dissipate
and repeat the lighting process.
3. To light the other burners, push and
turn control knob one by one counter-
clockwise to HIGH position until lit and
adjust to desired cooking temperature.
3. Once lit, adjust the back burner control
knob counterclockwise to desired cooking
temperature.
