20.  DO NOT store a spare gas cylinder under or near your grill.

21.  DO NOT grill without the drip tray in place, hot grease could leak downward and produce a fire or an

explosion. Drip tray should be pushed all the way to the rack located just under the grill.

22.  Grease is extremely flammable. Let hot grease cool down before attempting to handle or dispose of

it. The drip tray should be cleaned and free of grease on a regular basis.

23.  In the event that a burner goes out, turn burner knobs to the full OFF position, fully open the grill

hood and let it air out. Do not attempt to use the grill until the gas has had time to dissipate.

24.  Do not use grill until leak check has been made.

25.  Turn off the cylinder valve when your grill is not in use.

26.  Ensure the control knobs are in the “OFF” position when not in use.

27.  DO NOT install in any type of combustible construction material.

28.  Grills are made to hang in place and are not to be sitting on a shelf as this will not allow the Grill to

properly vent, and this can cause fire.

29.  Proper cross venting in any cabinet the grill is placed into is required to prevent gas/ heat build up

that can cause a fire and / or serious bodily and structure damage.
