Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil.
Remove the coupling key from the drive
shaft.
FL2 15 & 58
: remove guards.
Remove the rear cover bolts from the rear
cover.
Pull the rear cover off the drive shaft exten-
sion. If the cover sticks use a soft-faced
hammer to loosen it.
Remove the rear cover oil seal from the
rear cover and discard.
Remove the rear cover o-ring from the rear
cover and discard.
Straighten the locking tab of the bearing
lock washer. Reinstall the rotors on the
drive and idle shafts. Lock the rotor with a
wood dowel. Remove the lock nut and lock
nut washer from the drive shaft and idle
shaft.
