3.6.5. Setting Jumpers
Refer to the following illustration and instructions to set the jumpers on
your mainboard.
PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse Power-On Jumper (JP11)
You can place jumper to set PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse which connect to
back panel to Power-On system from ACPI S3 to S5 stage.
And must set the “POWER ON Function” in the BIOS setup if you use
this feature.
Refer to the Integrated Peripherals section in Chapter 4 for details.
Clear CMOS/Password Jumper (J9/J3)
You may need to clear the CMOS if your system cannot boot up because
you forgot your password, the CPU clock setup is incorrect, or the CMOS
settings need to be reset to default values after the system BIOS has been
updated.
