config neighbor  

Access the config neighbor subcommand using the config router rip command.  

Use this command to enable RIP to send unicast routing updates to the router at the specified 
address. You can use the neighbor command and “passive-interface <name_str>” to allow RIP to send 
unicast updates to the specified neighbor while blocking broadcast updates on the specified interface. 
You can configure multiple neighbors.
