IDE Function Menu

IDE Primary/Secondary Master/Slave PIO
These four items let you assign which kind of PIO (Programmer Input/Output)
is used by IDE devices. Choose
“
Auto
”
to let the system auto detect which PIO
mode is best, or select a PIO mode from 0-4.

Primary/Secondary Master/Slave UItraDMA
UItraDMA technology provides faster access to IDE devices. If you install a
device that supports UItraDMA, change the appropriate items on this list to
Auto.

IDE DMA Transfer Access
This option is used to enable or disable IDE DMA Transfer Access.
v
Serial-ATA 1/2
This option is used to enable or disable Serial-ATA 1/2.
v
IDE Prefetch Mode
This option is used to set the IDE Prefetch mode.
v
IDE HDD Block Mode
This option is used to set whether the IDE HDD block mode is allowed.
v
Raid Configuration
Press <Enter> to set the Raid Configuration.
v
SATA PORT Spead settings
This option is used to set the SATA PORT Spead settings.
v
OnChip IDE Channel 0/1
This option is used to set the onchip IDE channel 0/1.
