Chapter 5 Directions for Bundled Software
Run Performance Tuning Wizard
The Performance Tuning Wizard is used to guide the user through automated
tuning of the system. Click the
“
Run Performance Tuning Wizard
”
to set the perfor-
mance tuning. The user will be presented with three tuning options.
System Performance
Select
“
next
”
to continue, The user will select Tune to begin the tuning process.
After it completes, the user should select Next to view the performance gain data.
Then the user may view either specific details of the tuning or a general perfor-
mance graph. The complete the tuning process, the user should select Next. The
performance tuning process has been completed and the performance profiles
created. The user may select Finish.
