Trained Formica

®

 Fabricator Partners will receive a Test Receiver 

to confirm that the electronics are working upon completion of 

fabrication. Fabricator Partners should refer to test procedure in Test 
Receiver manual.

If an electronics module is ever re-installed, it must be recalibrated for 
Foreign Object Detection.  Call 1-800-FORMICA

™

 or reference Test 

Receiver Manual for this procedure.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the system does not appear to be charging, power down by 

unplugging, wait five seconds, and plug back in.  If you do not hear 
a beep when reconnecting, check all plug connections to confirm 

complete connections.

If this does not work, call 1-800-FORMICA
