Make sure that the warranty is received with your FOMA terminal upon purchase. Check to
make sure that the name of the retailer, date of purchase and other necessary details have
been filled out on the warranty before storing it in a safe place. If any necessary details are
incomplete on the warranty, immediately request the retailer to complete the items on the
warranty. The warranty period for FOMA terminal is one year from the date of purchase.

Before requesting for repairs, check the "Troubleshooting" section of this manual to see if the
problem can be remedied.

business hours of the service station. Also, be sure to bring the written warranty with your
