Safety controller
The foldaway lift system comes with a dual microprocessor controller with unique safety features:
safety power up
ensures the position data in the processors memory is correct
safety guard
a dedicated safety micro processor that supervises the main processor for
correct operation
safety relay
controlled by the safety guard it disconnects the power stages from the
supply in case of any not commanded movement
periodic
self test
the safety circuit continuously monitors the function of all relevant internal
parts to ensure a safe operation
Danger areas
The foldaway lift system is able to detect certain objects in areas with a potential risk of injury.
Depending on programmed parameters the lift setup can be less sensitive to small objects e.g.
hands and arms of children. (see illustration B)
