We hereby declare that the mentioned product with adjacent serial number is intended for
incorporation in other machinery and comply with all provisions of the EU Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC.
The technical documentation has been established in accordance with Annex VII, part B for partly
completed machinery.
Our product must not be put into service until the machinery into which it is to be incorporated or of
which it is a part has been declared as a whole, including the product that is subject of this
declaration, in conformity with legal requirements.
Above declarations apply to the original product only. Any modification(s) to the original product are
not covered.
I hereby declare that the above product conforms to the requirements as specified above.
