Pack the instrument carefully, using the original shipping container and
packing materials supplied by Fluke Biomedical. If the original packing
materials are not available, refer to
Return Procedures
for a list of
preferred materials or contact Fluke Biomedical for replacement packing.
Note
Failure to pack the instrument properly could void the warranty.
Shipping
1.
Place the Return Authorization Number in a prominent place on the
outside of the packing box, and refer to the number in any correspondence
with Fluke Biomedical Service.
2.
Enclose your return address and Return Authorization Number.
3.
Insure the unit for full retail value and ship to the nearest Fluke
Biomedical Service Center.
